Aguilera Coffee is a true family affair, spanning multiple generations and farms. Located in the Naranjo region of Costa Rica's West Valley, the family cultivates exceptional specialty coffees at 1,400 to 1,550 metres above sea level. Their fields host a diverse range of exotic varieties, including Geisha, Sidra, Catigua, Villa Sarchi, and San Roque—an intriguing dwarf selection of the famous Kenyan SL-28 variety
Finca Toño is managed by the Aguilera Brothers, who are pioneers in micro-milling. The family places a heavy emphasis on estate-specific management, meticulous processing, and highlighting the natural sweetness of their heirloom and regional varieties
This traditional honey processing style creates a remarkably balanced specialty coffee with a smooth, rounded body and a highly sweet cup.
