Peaberry

Peaberrys are hand sorted lots made up of round beans which grow when only one bean grows inside the coffee cherry. This example is made up of lots from cooperatives around the Kisii region of Western Kenya near the border with Tanzania.

Chalabal is a family business that produces quality coffee through hard work and tradition. From one generation to another they have worked to improve production and the resulting coffees have won multiple cup of excellence awards in recent years.

Finca Primavera

This micro-lot hails from the Tolima region. Owner Carlos Ramirez has maintained his farm despite the volatile social climate of the region. He is a leader in his region in coffee cultivation and prides himself on the detail and care taken in his farming techniques.

Finca El Jaguar

This sophisticated and superb coffee is from Finca El Jaguar. The coffees from this area are in our opinion brighter and sweeter than coffees grown elsewhere in Mexico – bearing more resemblance to the Huehuetenango growing areas of Guatemala.

Ipanema

Ipanema is one of the larger estates in Brazil. They produces several varietals including this exceptional Yellow Bourbon. Naturally low in acidity, it’s super smooth with soft notes of malt and hazelnut a creamy body and a cocoa, nut and buttery finish.

La Albania

Albania is a community of smallholder farmers in Huila province of Colombia. Huila has diverse environmental conditions providing lots of moisture and sun. The varietals Colombia, Caturra and Castillo are grown in the rocky and volcanic soil.

ETHIOPIA | Limu Oromia | 2000 masl

Kossa

This washed Limu comes from the Jimma zone in the western highlands of Oromia, Ethiopia. The Kossa farm is spread over an area around 400 hectares and there are approximately 300 to 500 local people working. Floral, citric with berries and tropical fruits – medium silky body, finish is long and sweet.

Sol y Cafe FTO

From farmers across the North Western provinces of San Ignacio (on the Border with Ecuador), Jaen and Cajamarca – this jointly owned and democratically controlled cooperative produces superb quality certified Organic and Fairtrade Arabica, which exhibits a medium acidity but full body.

Hamas

Hama is a cooperative with 1500 members located in Kochere part of the renowned Yirgacheffe region it is a member of the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union. A Grade 1 coffee this is a top quality example of Ethiopian coffee at its absolute best.
