Coffee is the lifeblood of our business. We are fortunate to have developed great working relationships with a number of fantastic green coffee merchants to ethically source delicious coffees from all over the world.

Fazenda Santa Ines

Santa Ines sits in a mountainous region of Minas Gerais with unique terroir. A cup of excellence winner in 2005 with a record score of 95.85 for their pulped natural entry that year – this farm produces superb delicious coffees year after year.

El Cipres (Microlot)

Located on the North West slopes of the Picacho Volcano in the Bálsamo-Quezaltepec coffee region. The cherries were turned every 30 minutes to produce this delicious lot. Sweet and very clean for a natural.

Duromina – Moata

‘Duromina, which means “to improve their lives” in the Afan Oromo language, is a coffee cooperative in southwestern Jimma Zone. In 2012 an international panel of judges selected Duromina’s coffee as the best in Africa.

RWANDA | RULINDA 

Bushoki

The Bushoki washing station was initially built in 2006 by the Iyongera Musaruro Co-operative. The co-op has approximately 500 members and receives cherry from 800 farmers in total from the surrounding area.

Ipanema

Ipanema is one of the larger estates in Brazil. They produce several varietals including this exceptional Yellow Bourbon. Naturally low in acidity, it’s super smooth with soft notes of malt and hazelnut a creamy body and a cocoa, nut and buttery finish.

La Albania

Located in the department of Quindio, near Calarca La Albania is a small Single Estate run by Israel Agudelo and his Son Juan Pablo. The coffee is fermented for approx 18 hours then mechanically dried.

El Cipres

El Cipres is located in the region of Tarrazú. The farm has belonged to the Camacho Portugues family since 1939 their goal is to perpetuate the practices of high-end specialty coffee. This Caturra is a fine example.

Beloya Co-operative

Beloya is a cooperative in Kochere – Gedeo. The washing station has two processing units. This Grade 1 coffee is a top quality example of Ethiopian coffee at its best. Keep the milk away from this one!
