There is plenty of washed Guatemalan coffee produced every year, most of which is very good, but Las Moritas stood out for us with its clean and sweet profile with tasting notes of Red apple, Passion fruit and Honeycomb which we really enjoy. The varietal Pacamara is also a little unusual, a cross between the petite Pacas and the massive Maragogype.

Description
A sweet and juicy Guatemalan coffee from Las Moritas, a 70-hectare farm in the mountainous Sierra de las Minas region. Extended fermentation and fully washed processing create a balanced cup with complex sweetness and acidity that continues to develop as it cools. Particularly well suited to pour-over or AeroPress brewing.
